The ROTOR oven is a convection oven in which the heat is transmitted to the product being baked through a flow of hot air forcibly circulated inside it.
Liquid or gaseous fuels can be used for heating it but on request the oven can also work only electrically.
The rotation of the trolley inside the oven allows the air flow to completely affect the product being baked, thus guaranteeing uniform baking for any type of product from the first to the last tray.
The heat exchanger, located in the rear part of the oven, is designed to withstand high temperatures and is designed to have a high thermal efficiency, thus obtaining maximum yield with a minimum use of energy.
The vaporization group designed and built for high efficiency is controlled by an automatic device and have adjustable ignition from 0 to 60 seconds.
The suction system installed with automatic or manual operation first allows the extraction of baking vapors inside the chamber and then, via an external extractor hood, the exit of the heat and baking vapors at the time the trolley is extracted.
The control panels and the electrical systems are made in compliance with CE standards and only high quality components that are easily available internationally.
